Upgraded Leadership was started by Khali as a vehicle to help support Leaders in the challenging and noble work they do.

Khali started his career as a software developer and gradually moved into team and organisational improvement consulting. He has consulted with many well known companies such as Vodafone, Telstra, NAB, Westpac and Wikimedia as well as for startups and scale ups.

Khali has deeply quested the nature of leadership for over 25 years. He is an expert in Agile and Lean, Theory of Constraints, meditation, integral theory, relational psychology (and a practice called "circling"), developmental psychology, internal family systems, embodiment (and a modality called "UZAZU"), interactive guided imagery and biofeedback, including neurofeedback.

Khali also runs Triibe Earth, facilitating evolutionary relational transformational work.
